The delivery company took 6 attempts to deliver. The parcel was returned to Woodbrass by courier. Woodbrass had to resend. Courier left the parcel on a farm trailer on a neighbours farm. Not acceptable. I contacted both Woodbrass and dpd several times requesting that the driver call me when delivering. dpd's online support is also crap. Although the product is still ok, the boxes were badly squashed and misshaped. Luckily the drum skins were not damaged. I recommend you chose a different courier in future.
